A. Adopt City Council Minutes of September 21, 2009

B. Approve a professional services agreement with Swaim Biological Inc. to provide biological consulting services for the city’s efforts on the Lipman Middle School Slide Repair project

VII. PUBLIC HEARING

A. Hear any protests on proposed Water and Sewer Rate Increase and give direction to staff on proposed increase

(At the City Council Meeting of June 23rd, City Council directed staff to send out notices to water and sewer ratepayers outlining the need for any increase in rates and at what amounts. This is also a requirement of Proposition 218. A letter was sent on August 12, 2009 and set this meeting as the time and place to hear any protests. If a majority of ratepayers protest, then the rate increase cannot go into effect.)
