         ***ARCHIVE COMMUNITY POOL WEBSITE***

The Brisbane Community Pool is a great place to get connected with residents and members of surrounding communities, accomplish a fitness goal, or start a new family tradition by attending one of our many programs.  If you can't find the answer to your question on our website, give us a call at (415) 657-4321.

About the Community Pool

The Brisbane Community Pool, located at 2 Solano Street (Map), was built in 2000 in part by funds from the Northeast Ridge development.  It is a 25 yd. /75 ft. outdoor pool with a zero-depth entry pool for disability access, heated to 79-81 degrees using solar and conventional heating.  The pool has heated men’s & women’s locker rooms, individual shower stalls, and a shade structure with picnic tables. The pool employs professionally trained aquatic staff that are certified water safety instructors with the American Red Cross. Cash, check & credit cards are accepted as payments at the Pool.

Please Note: Our facility capacity is 208 people which includes those in the pool and on the pool deck.  On warm weather days, we occasionally reach maximum occupancy during recreational swim times.  In the event we reach capacity, we establish a waiting list and allow additional people to enter the facility once other pool patrons exit.  To avoid disappointment on warm weather days, we would encourage you to arrive at the start of our designated recreational swim periods (see current schedule below).

Swim Lessons

Group swim lessons and private/semi private lessons are available during the spring, summer, and fall seasons.  Our lessons are designed to provide instruction from basic skills to improving technique.  30 minute private lessons or semi-private lessons can be arranged with our aquatics staff around your personal schedule.  Please contact the pool directly for more information.

Piranha Swim Club

The City of Brisbane is pleased to offer a youth swim club for those that have advanced beyond our traditional swim lessons program and are looking to transition towards competitive swimming. Please email jfranco@brisbaneca.org for more information.

Lifeguard Certification Class

If you'd like to be contacted when the next class is scheduled, please email jfranco@brisbaneca.org

Water Aerobics

If you're looking for a way to get fit, relieve stress and have fun, this is the class for you!  Water Aerobics has been one of the most popular classes in Brisbane for many years.  The natural buoyancy of the water helps avoid injury and exercising in water offers 12-14 times the resistance of regular exercise.
