The City of Brisbane accepted comments on the Draft EIR for 228 days, from June 11, 2013 to January 24, 2014 and the comment period has concluded.  Comments received are now available for the public to view.

Public Meeting Transcripts and Videos

The Brisbane Planning Commission also hosted a series of meetings for the public to offer verbal comments on the Baylands Draft EIR in October 2013. Because State Law requires written responses to all comments received at these meetings, verbal responses were not provided to any comments or questions posed during these meetings.
