144 Santa Clara Street, Accessibility Improvement Permit AIP-1-14: Allow addition of an elevator to a single family home which would exceed the 40% lot coverage and, at 23 ft. 8 in., would be over the 20 ft. height limit within the 15 ft. front setback area (proposed plans).                                                  

The Zoning Administrator will hear this matter on Monday, December 1st, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., City of Brisbane Conference Room, 50 Park Place, Brisbane.  Any interested person is invited to attend and give testimony.  A copy of the application and plans may be reviewed prior to the meeting at the Planning Department, 50 Park Place.  If you challenge the application in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing, described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Department at, or prior to, the public hearing.
