1.      PUBLIC HEARING:   General Plan Amendment GPA-1-11 and Zoning Text Amendment RZ-9-11 to Amend Policy 329.1 of the 1994 General Plan and Brisbane Municipal Code Section 17.13.040 which require that the City adopt of one or more Specific Plans and accompanying Environmental Impact Reports prior to any development of the Baylands subarea, C-1 Commercial Mixed Use District, to allow for the relocation/expansion of existing uses without the preparation of a specific plan; Golden State Lumber, applicant. The applicant requests a continuance off-calendar, project to be re-noticed when rescheduled. 
 
2.      PUBLIC HEARING: 480 Monterey Street; Reconsideration of Setback Exception Modification SE-2-11 (Attachment - Feb 9th Agenda Report); to allow construction of an accessory structure within the side and rear setbacks, modifying the setback exception distance to the rear property line from 5 feet to approximately 3 feet and the setback exception height from 8 feet to approximately 8 feet 6 inches within the north side and rear setback areas; Alison Wilson, applicant/owner; APN 007-213-090.  This application has been withdrawn by the applicant; so there will be no public hearing on this item (see March 21st letter).
G.        NEW BUSINESS
 
1.         PUBLIC HEARING:  (2801) Bayshore Blvd; Interim Use Permit UP-1-12 for use of approximately 2 acres of vacant Baylands property for single-day, annual Car Show events, for 5 years, beginning on April 21, 2012, including approximately 250 cars, 50 to 100 motorcycles and up to 500 persons at a time, from 8 am to 6 pm; Jason Frink on behalf of Laf A Lots Car Club, applicant; Universal Paragon Corp, owner; APN 005-340-060-100

1.         Update of Green Building Ordinance:  Appointment of two Planning Commissioners to serve on a subcommittee with the Open Space and Ecology Committee to update the Green Building Ordinance.

APPEALS PROCESS
 
Anyone may appeal the action of the Planning Commission to the City Council not later than 15 calendar days (10 calendar days for subdivision applications) after the Commission’s action. An application form and fee is required to make a formal appeal. For additional information, please contact the Community Development Department 415-508-2120.
