a.         Adopt Resolutions OB 2016-01 and OB 2016-02 which approving the Successor Agency’s repayment of loans owed to the City of Brisbane

b.         Adopt Resolution OB 2016-03 approving the repayment of the deferred set-aside owed to the former Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund and Resolution No. 2016-04 approving the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) for July 2016 through June 2017    ROPS Schedule

c.         Approve Minutes of September 9, 2015

d.         Future Meeting Dates and Agenda Items
