Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2015-01 accepting a loan from the City of Brisbane in order to provide funding to cover the Successor Agency’s 14-15B Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule obligations and providing the Successor Agency will place on its 15-16A Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule this loan for repayment

B. Consider adoption of the Successor Agency Minutes of September 18, 2014

C. Approve Investment Report as of September 30, 2014
