A. Consider formation of a new Financing Authority between the City of Brisbane and the Guadalupe Valley Water District in order to assist in the financing of future City projects:

1. Adopt Resolution GVMID 2014-03 of the Guadalupe Valley Municipal Improvement District (GVMID) authorizing the execution and delivery of a joint exercise of powers agreement by and between the City of Brisbane and GVMID
