The California Voter’s Choice Act is a  law passed in 2016 that aim to modernize elections in California by allowing counties to conduct elections under a new model which provides greater flexibility and convenience for voters.  The  General Election, taking place on November 5, 2019, will be a Vote Center/All-Mail Ballot Model.

This new election model allows voters to choose how, when, and where to cast their ballot by: 1) Mailing every voter a ballot, 2) Expanding in-person early voting, and 3) Allowing voters to cast a ballot at any vote center within their county

This November 5th,  there will be an election for two City of Brisbane City Council seats, for a shortened term of 3 years each.   The candidates are:

Madison Davis

Terry O'Connell
