Health Fair

Supervisor David Canepa's office will be hosting the first Healthy Living, Healthy Lives Health Fair 11am - 4pm, Saturday, November 10th at Serramonte Shopping Center in Daly City. The theme of the fair is “Imagine, Believe, Achieve.” Dozens of vendors will provide information on resources that lead to a healthier community. Cardiologists will be on hand to discuss “The Healthy Heart” and officials with the National Kidney Foundation serving Northern California will test for diabetes and cholesterol. Flu shots will be available and you can have your blood pressure checked as well. Officials with Hep B Free San Francisco Bay Area will be on-hand to discuss the importance of being screened and why it’s critical to care for your liver.
