VIII. PUBLIC HEARING
(The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) recently adopted rules clarifying the application of two existing Federal laws regulating wireless telecommunication facilities. The City is required to bring our local regulations into compliance with these FCC regulations, which requires minor amendments to the Zoning Ordinance.)
IX. NEW BUSINESS
(The Council will consider a contract for a part-time Economic Development Director to provide a point of contact, maintain various data bases, and to work with city staff on various potential projects and business recruitment and retention.)
(This item will establish the amount of business license tax charged for 2015 to liquid storage facilities in the City.)

C. Consider amending the Utility Revenue Bonds
(This item is recommending an amendment or refinance to a recent Utility Bond Issue to deal with an acceleration provision recently brought up by Standard and Poor’s.)

D. Consider issuing Bonds for Dredging Improvements to the Brisbane Marina
(This Bond issue is to pay for the upcoming dredging of the Brisbane Marina.)
