(The purpose of this item is to update the Subdivision Ordinance to be consistent with current State law in regards to condominiums, dedication of land for park and recreation purposes, and passive or natural heating/cooling opportunities in subdivision design; and to amend the Zoning Ordinance to clarify condominium approval procedures and to revise the condominium development standards.)
X. NEW BUSINESS
A. Discuss the next steps in developing and implementing the City’s Economic Development Plan
(Over the past couple of years the City Council Subcommittee, along with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, has put together a Draft Economic Development Plan for the City. The Council will review and discuss that draft plan and decide on next steps.)
