            A.  Receive Budget Presentation and give direction to staff on how the 2012/13 budget will be presented

                  (Staff is currently seeking guidance on a number of issues that include a budget schedule for May and June, what information should be provided in the budget book and the budget presentation and the format they should take, and what staff should include in the analysis of costs for Parks and Recreation.)
