             A.        Interview applicant for one Parks and Recreation Opening

                        Term expires January, 2014

                        (Applicant Jamesanne Dunn was interviewed at the City Council Meeting of 2/7/2012 and Councilmember’s indicated their desire to appoint her to the term that expires in 2016 once the ordinance amendment allowing seven members to the P&R Commission was effective, which will be on April 5, 2012. There is still one more opening for a two-year term that could be filled tonight.)

            B.        Interview applicants for one Planning Commission Opening

                        Term expires January, 2016

                        (Applicants Greg Anderson and Pamela Sayasane were interviewed at the City Council Meeting of 2/28/2012 and Councilmember’s discussed the possibility of expanding the Commission to seven members, pending further information from staff on potential impacts.)

            C.        Interview applicant for one Traffic Advisory Committee Opening

                        Term expires January, 2016
