               A. Approve Co-sponsorship of Brisbane Dance Workshop Annual Spring Performances at Mission Blue Center on May 21st and 22nd, 2011

 

               B.   Award audit contract for the fiscal years ending 2011, 2012, & 2013 to Maze & Associates of Pleasant Hill, CA with the option of auditing the City’s financial statements for the three subsequent fiscal years

 

               C. Approve waiver of a use permit fee of $287 to apply for a new non-profit boxing gym youth organization for relocation to 180 Industrial Way

 

VII.     NEW BUSINESS

 

               A. Consider approval of Resolution No. 2011-15 declaring a need for a Housing Authority in the City of Brisbane

 

                     (This item was discussed at the City Council meeting of February 7th, 2011 advising the Council of the State legislature’s potential legislation to abolish all redevelopment agencies. Although nothing is final at this time, action to establish a Brisbane Housing Authority is recommended at this time rather than run the risk of having a new state law prevent the City from transferring the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund from the Redevelopment Agency to the Housing Authority.)
