                     (This item was discussed at the City Council meeting of February 7th, 2011 advising the Council of the State legislature’s potential legislation to abolish all redevelopment agencies. Although nothing is final at this time, action to establish a Brisbane Housing Authority is recommended at this time rather than run the risk of having a new state law prevent the City from transferring the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund from the Redevelopment Agency to the Housing Authority.)
