C. Adopt Ordinance No. 546, waiving second reading, amending Chapter 15.22 of the Brisbane Municipal Code concerning informal bidding procedures

D. Adopt Ordinance No. 547, waiving second reading, revising and updating various chapters in Title 1 of the Municipal Code and provide additional remedies for enforcement of violations and adopting Resolution No. 2010-40 setting administrative penalties

E. Adopt Resolution No. 2010-41 amending Resolution 2001-11 to include the Classification of Administrative Auditor and Resolution No. 2010-42 amending Resolution 2001-27, the Pay Scale for Hourly Employees to Include an Hourly Wage for the Classification of Administrative Auditor

F. Adopt Resolution No. 2010-44 in support of Proposition M to fund local transportation improvements in San Mateo County

G. Adopt Resolution No. 2010-46 opposing Proposition 23, an initiative to suspend implementation of Assembly Bill 32, The Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006

H. Adopt Resolution No. 2010-43 approving the City’s Sewer System Management Plan

Redevelopment Agency

I. Authorize the Redevelopment Agency Executive Director to execute an agreement with Rebuilding Together Peninsula for rehabilitation of homes owned by lower income households in Brisbane

J. Approve co-sponsorship of Friends of the Brisbane Library Chamber Concert Series in four events in February through April, 2011

A. Receive report on results of Community Survey and provide direction to staff regarding the next survey
