E. Approve Monthly Investment Report as of June 30, 2010

F. Approve Second Addendum to Agreement between the County of San Mateo and the City of Brisbane to Toll Statutes of Limitations for Claims regarding Property Tax Administration and authorize the Mayor to execute future addenda to the Tolling Agreement if necessary

G. Approve Co-sponsorship of Brisbane Dance Workshop’s Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair Fundraiser

H. Approve Resolution No. 2010-38 in support of Proposition 22, The Local Taxpayer, Public Safety and Transportation Protection Act of 2010

I. Authorize the Mayor to execute the First Amendment to Communications Site Lease Agreement with Florida Tower Partners, LLC regarding existing monopole at 50 Park Place

J. Authorize the Director of Public Works and Emergency Services to execute a Cooperative Agreement for provision of emergency shelter and alternate care sites with the Brisbane School District

K. Approve purchase of a Fire Simulator from Fire Facilities, Inc. Kidde Fire Trainers with FEMA Grant Funds totaling $279,962.50

L. Approve letter to San Mateo Grand Jury in response to the Effectiveness of Red Light Traffic Camera Enforcement

M. Approve letter to San Mateo Grand Jury in response to Sex Offender Law Enforcement in San Mateo County

VIII. OLD BUSINESS

A. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2010-37 ratifying the purchase agreement for 55 Lassen

IX. NEW BUSINESS

A. Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 546 amending Chapter 15.22 of the Brisbane Municipal Code concerning informal bidding procedures

B. Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 547 revising and updating various chapters in Title 1 of the Municipal Code and provide additional remedies for enforcement of violations

C. Receive report on Clean Marinas California Program Certification

D. Consider appointing a member of the Parks, Beaches, and Recreation Commission to serve on the City Sustainability Subcommittee

E. Consideration of request by UPC to apply for a use permit allowing the temporary use of a portion of the Baylands by the San Francisco 49ers for overflow public parking
