VI. NEW BUSINESS
A. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2009-48 approving the form of and authorizing the execution and delivery of a purchase and sale agreement and related documents with respect to the sale of the seller’s Proposition 1A receivable from the State; and directing and authorizing certain other actions in connection therewith
(Selling our Proposition 1A Receivables gives us access to our property tax money now rather than waiting for three years. The amount of the receivable is approximately $280,000)
