This year’s Festival of Lights event was celebrated on Sunday, December 2nd and has been regarded by residents as the best to date. The event preserved long-standing traditions including caroling down Visitacion led by Kathy Wall, a performance by Brisbane Dance Workshop, Santa’s arrival on the firetruck, and of course cookies, cider, and cocoa.
