(This ordinance will extend the moratorium on establishment or operation of body art establishments for an additional period of 10 months and 15 days to October 31, 2011.)
(This ordinance will revise all of the penalty provisions in the Municipal Code by classifying violations as infractions or misdemeanors and providing for enforcement of violations in accordance with the newly adopted provisions of Title 1.)
(This ordinance will make several technical amendments to Title 1 of the Brisbane Municipal Code.)
