VIII. PUBLIC HEARING

A. Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 612, Amend Title 16, Subdivisions, and Title 17, Zoning, of the Brisbane Municipal Code (BMC) to update existing subdivision and public noticing regulations to be consistent with current California Government Code and Civil Code requirements, and to amend the discretionary review process for newly constructed condominium developments.

IX. OLD BUSINESS

A. Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 611 regarding prohibition of smoking in Multi-Unit Residences

B. Review the proposed Policy to Name Parks and Recreation Facilities within the City of Brisbane

X. NEW BUSINESS

A. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2016-39 - Public Agencies Post-Employment Benefits Trust Administered by Public Agency Retirement Services (PARS) for the
purposes of pre-funding the City of Brisbane’s CalPERS pension obligation

B. Consider introduction of Ordinance 609, waiving first reading, amending Title 10 of the Municipal Code concerning “Commercial and Industrial Parking Permit Program.”

((The changes proposed in this ordinance will formalize an on-street parking permit program in the city’s commercial and industrial areas.)

C. Adopt Resolution No. 2016-42 regarding the 2016 Bicycle Pedestrian Improvement Program (BPIP) to obtain funds to construct the Crocker Trail Commuter Connectivity Upgrades Project.
