1. 394 Alvarado Street; R-1 Residential District; Setback Exception Modification SE-1-17; Setback Exception Modification to allow a detached 120 square foot accessory structure, measuring 11 feet in height above grade, to be located approximately nine feet from the rear lot line; Hermann and Helga Gerdes, applicants/owners; APN 007-334-220.
NOTE
Any interested person is invited to attend and give testimony. A copy of the application and plans may be reviewed prior to the meeting at the Planning Department, City Hall, 50 Park Place. Anyone may appeal the action of the Zoning Administrator/Community Development Director to the Planning Commission not later than seven (7) calendar days after the Zoning Administrator’s/Community Development Director’s action.
