  1. 180 West Hill Place; Sign Permit SR-5-16; Sign Permit for two (2) new, non-illuminated wall-mounted signs of approximately 14 square-feet and 55 square-feet in size, respectively, for tenant Hensley Event Resources; Chris Mulhauser for Hensley Event Resources, applicant; Todd V. and Rebecca G. Magaline Trust, owner; APN 005-300-100.
  2. 453 Valley Drive; Sign Permit SR-6-16; Sign Permit for a new, non-illuminated, 27 square-foot monument sign for tenant Greenleaf, resulting in a total sign area of 89 square-feet for the property, within the allowable limit of 100 square-feet; Arman Torounian for Sarkis Signs, applicant; CSHV Crocker, LLC, owner; APN 005-242-100.
Any interested person is invited to attend and give testimony.  A copy of the application and plans may be reviewed prior to the meeting at the Planning Department, City Hall, 50 Park Place.  Anyone may appeal the action of the Zoning Administrator/Community Development Director to the Planning Commission not later than seven (7) calendar days after the Zoning Administrator’s/Community Development Director’s action.  An application form and fee is required to make a formal appeal.  For additional information, please contact the Community Development Department at 415-508-2120.  If you challenge the application in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing, described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Department at, or prior to, the public hearing.
