A. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2017-01 for termination of a Ground Lease on 3.5+/- acres in Sierra Point

(It is being recommended to adopt Resolution No. 2017-01 terminating a ground lease on property in Sierra Point owned by the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Brisbane, authorize the Executive Director to sign the Termination of Ground Lease Agreement and direct the Board Secretary to record the document.)

B. Consider adoption of the Successor Agency Minutes of January 05, 2017.
