            A.     Approve the following Resolution’s to refund the City’s 2001A Redevelopment Bonds and reduce the annual payment made by the Redevelopment Agency

                     1.  City of Brisbane Resolution No. 2006-56 approving the issuance and sale by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Brisbane of Tax Allocation Bonds to Refinance Redevelopment Activities within and for the benefit of the Agency’s Brisbane Community Redevelopment Project Area Number One

                     2.  Brisbane Public Financing Authority Resolution No. FA2006-01 authorizing execution and delivery of an escrow agreement in connection with the issuance and sale by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Brisbane of Tax Allocation Bonds to refinance Redevelopment activities within and for the benefit of the Agency’s Brisbane Community Redevelopment Project Area Number One and approving related actions

                     3.  Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. RA 2006-03, authorizing the issuance and sale of tax allocation bonds to refinance Redevelopment activities within and for the benefit of the Agency’s Brisbane Community Redevelopment Project Area Number One and approving related documents and actions

            B.      Adopt Resolution No. 2006-54 concerning wages for the Police Commander effective July 1, 2006
