D. Approve Memorandum of Understanding to join Water/Wastewater Agency Response Network

E. Approve supplement appropriation in the amount of $10,010 to fund the televising of thirteen special City Council meetings between 1/1/07 and 6/30/07

F. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2006-57 approving exchange of $31,000 in STP funds with the City of San Bruno for $23,250 in Gas Tax Funds
