    *      A.     Approve Payment Register No. 1268 - $ 323,508.59

VII.     OLD BUSINESS

            A.     Consider update on San Bruno Avenue/Bayshore Boulevard Traffic Improvements and provide direction to staff

                     (This matter has been reviewed by the Council at the City Council Meetings of June 6^th and August 15^th.  At the August 15^th meeting Council requested additional review of two item.  They will consider the results and provide direction to staff on possible changes to the current design.)

    *      B.      Consider award of contract for Tunnel Avenue Overhead Bridge Replacement Project

                     (Bids for this project were opened on August 30^th and staff reviewed the apparent low bid and determined that RGW Construction, Inc. provided a responsive proposal and is recommending that the Council award the contract to them.  The Council will also select a street light standard from the two choices available under this contract.)

            C.     Consider update on the Safe Routes to Schools (SR2S) survey and recommendations that Council direct the Brisbane Pedestrian and Bicycle Committee to participate in th
