A. Water and Sewer Rate Proposition 218 Hearing – Determine if any changes need to be made to the method used for setting rates

(A 2.8% water rate increase and a 5.8% sewer rate increase are required to meet the pass-through costs from San Francisco. Information regarding this proposed increase was mailed to property owners to make them aware of what the increases meant for their particular circumstances and to advise them of this Council Meeting.)
