A.  Receive report and provide direction toward financing of City Hall.

VII.     NEW BUSINESS

A.    Approve the firebreak behind Kings and Trinity Roads and approve a supplemental appropriation of $15,000 for the project. 

This item is to appropriate funds to reduce flammable vegetation in an approximately 100’ wide zone behind private homes on Kings and Trinity Road at the boundary of State and County Park lands. 

B.     Receive update on Baylands provide further direction in regard to the public space/open space planning process and potential future public speakers.         

Update on the Baylands planning process and request for City Council direction on open space/recreation planning, speakers series, sustainability,  and possible community survey.
