A. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2005-44 approving General Plan Amendment

GPA-1-05 at 15 Glen Parkway and 720 San Bruno Avenue;

Applicant: Peninsula Habitat for Humanity

(Peninsula Habitat for Humanity proposes to build two single-family residences affordable to very-low-income households on the site at the northwest corner of San Bruno Avenue and Glen Parkway. To permit this, General Plan Amendment Application GPA-1-05 is requested to eliminate the Public Facilities and Parks land use designation for the property (the former location of the fire station/public safety building), leaving the underlying Residential 21/2-14 Dwelling Units per Acre designation)

B. City Hall Remodel Project Financing

1. Consider approval of Resolution No. 2005-47 approving proceedings to provide for the financing of renovations and improvements to, and expansion of, Brisbane City Hall, approving the issuance and sale of lease revenue bonds by the Brisbane Public Financing Authority for such purpose and approving related documents and official actions

2. Consider approval of Resolution FA-2005-01 authorizing the issuance and sale of lease revenue bonds to provide for the financing of renovations and improvements to, and expansion of, Brisbane City Hall, and approving related documents and official actions

3. Consider adoption of Resolution RA 2005-05 approving the form and authorizing execution of a site and facility lease in connection with the issuance and sale of lease revenue bonds by the Brisbane Public Financing Authority to provide for the financing of renovations and improvements to, and expansion of, Brisbane City Hall and approving official actions
