A. Consider approving the contract for the City Hall Improvements Project in the amount of $5,810,000 with Svala Construction, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract on behalf of the City

(The City Hall Remodel Project is intended to provide key structural and functional improvements to the current City Hall Building. The five major components of the project include Seismic Upgrades, Redesign and Expansion of the Police Facilities, Relocating Parks and Recreation Staff to City Hall, a Community Meeting Room, and other associated improvements to comply with ADA, HVAC system.
