            G.     Approve Co-sponsorship of Brisbane Dance Workshop Annual Spring Performance

            K.     Adopt Resolution No. 2008-09 consenting to San Mateo County Health Officer Enforcement within the City of Health Officer Orders promulgated pursuant to statute and regulation

            L.      Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2008-07 approving an extension of time to develop property for low and moderate income housing

  IX.     PUBLIC HEARING

            A.     Sierra Point Lighting and Landscaping District – Conduct public hearing on proposed increase for the 2008-2009 Annual Assessment, open ballots and tabulate votes, and declare results

                     (This proposed increase will ensure that the assessment charged to the property owners on Sierra Point pay for the cost of maintaining the Sierra Point Lighting and Landscaping District.)

   X.     OLD BUSINESS

                     REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

            A.     Consider approval of agreement with Keyser Marston Associates to conduct a mid-term review of the Redevelopment Agency Implementation Plan and a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $9,500

                     (The purpose of this item is to retain a consultant to conduct the Stat mandated mid-term review of the Redevelopment Agency’s Implementation Plan.)

            B.      Provide direction to staff regarding priorities of projects which the City is requesting funds from the Federal Government

                     (For the past several years the City has been requesting and receiving funding from the Federal Government for special projects.  Council will give direction on which projects we should request funding for this year.)

  XI.     NEW BUSINESS

            A.     Review Silverspot Nursery School Lease provisions and determine whether the Silverspot Board of Directors is adhering to the terms of the lease

                     (There has been a question raised regarding Brisbane Residents and the enrollment process at the Nursery School.  Council will consider the matter and provide direction to staff if any changes need to be made to the current lease agreement.)
