A. Consider appeal of the Planning Commission’s Conditional approval of Design Permit and Use Permit to replace existing 130,674 Sq.Ft. Office/Warehouse with 90,000 Sq. Ft. Freight Forwarder Facility at 325 Valley Drive with 20,000 Cu. Yds of Cut/Fill

(This item was continued from the meeting of July 21^st at Council’s request that staff respond to questions and comments from the public. The responses are listed in the staff report that is available for public review. The Council will determine the merits of the appeal and take action based upon the required findings, via adoption of a resolution to be prepared by the City Attorney at the Council’s direction.)

B. Receive Presentation on Baylands Specific Plan EIR Alternatives

(This presentation and report summarizes the feedback and comments received on the draft community-based Baylands alternatives which have been circulated for public review and comments over the past several months. Further, it provides the City Council the opportunity to offer comments based on the information presented.)
