  VII.     CONSENT CALENDAR

            A.     Adopt Resolution No. 2006-49 supporting Measure N – General Obligation Bonds for Facilities Improvements of the Jefferson Union High School District

            B.     Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2006-48 and GVMID Resolution 2006-02 authorizing the City Manager to appoint a city representative for discussions/negotiations with the City and County of San Francisco for an agreement to provide a reliable supply of high quality water at a fair price

            C.     Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2006-31 stating that the City utilizes the National Incident Management System consistent with the integration of said system and the Standardized Emergency Management System in California
