X. NEW BUSINESS
A. Consider Approval of Releasing the New Brisbane Library Project for bids and Approval of a Task Order with JMW Consulting Engineers for Construction Management Services
(The purpose of this item is to approve releasing the project for bids from qualified contractors. It is being recommended to approve the project, direct staff to file the Notice of Determination for Mitigated Negative Declaration and to publish the Notice Inviting Bids. It is also being recommended to approve a task order with JMW Consulting Engineers in the amount of $487,822 for construction management services.)

(The Fiscal Impact of this item is that the Library would use all of the Business License dedicated to Capital Improvements through 2052. Other capital improvements would need to be funded through a different source.)
C. Mid-year Budget Update
(Since the budget is adopted by resolution, changes to the budget also need to be adopted by resolution. It is anticipated that revenues will be at minimum $511,000 higher than projected and expenditure will be about $708,000 higher than expected.)
