VII. OLD BUSINESS
A. Update to Housing Element [22] (Continued from June 1, 2009)
(The housing element is the only general plan element that is required to be updated within a specific five year time frame, although that time frame has routinely been extended, usually because of state delays in providing the numbers upon which the Regional Housing Needs Allocation process is built. Council will review Planning Commission recommendations and give direction to staff. Staff anticipates submitting a draft housing element to the state for review by early to mid July.)

3. Adopt Resolution No. 2009-28 approving Water Supply Agreement with the CCSF [26]
4. Adopt GVMID Resolution No. 2009-03 approving the Water Supply Agreement with CCSF [27]
5. Adopt Resolution No. 2009-29 approving individual Water Sales Contract with the CCSF [28]
6. Adopt GVMID Resolution No. 2009-04 approving individual Water Sales Contract with the CCSF [29]
(The City of Brisbane and Guadalupe Valley Municipal Improvement District (GVMID) receive 100% of their water supply from the City & County of San Francisco (CCSF). The city/district existing contracts expire June 30, 2009. On October 11, 2006 the Council/Board authorized the Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency (BAWSCA) to negotiate on behalf of the city systems for a Water Supply Agreement (WSA). These contracts provide Brisbane for the delivery of Hetch Hetchy Water through June 30, 2034.)
