CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: Zoning Text Amendment RZ-1-13 (Agenda Rpt -part 1) (Agenda Rpt -Part 2, Jan 24th rpt and draft Ordinance) (Dana Dillworth letter) to Amend Brisbane Municipal Code Title 17: Chapter 17.32.220, “Grading Permit- When Required” to clarify the circumstances under which grading permits are subject to Planning Commission review and to establish review criteria upon which the Planning Commission will evaluate grading permit applications; Applicant, City of Brisbane.

APPEALS PROCESS
Anyone may appeal the action of the Planning Commission to the City Council not later than 15 calendar days (10 calendar days for subdivision applications) after the Commission’s action. An application form and fee is required to make a formal appeal. For additional information, please contact the Community Development Department 415-508-2120.
