1.         MEETING CALLED TO ORDER/ROLL CALL

2.         PUBLIC COMMENT

            Comment from members of the public on items not on the meeting agenda. The Chair may set a time limit for speakers.  Since these topics are non-agenda items, the Board may briefly respond to statements made or questions posed as allowed by the Brown Act (Government Code Section 54954.2).  However, the Board may refer items to staff for attention, or have a matter placed on a future agenda for a more comprehensive action or report.

3.         NEW BUSINESS

            a.         Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2012-03 directing transfer of certain properties in governmental use to the City of Brisbane and acknowledging ownership of certain assets by the City of Brisbane (Continued from meeting of November 14, 2012)

                        (This item was continued from November 14th due to questions raised about transferring properties with existing bond debt.  Administrative Services Director has contacted the City’s bond counsel and will give an oral report at this meeting of the response received.)

            b.         Approval of Minutes of November 14, 2012

            c.         Future Meeting Dates and Agenda Items

Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the Oversight Board regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the Brisbane City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 50 Park Place, Brisbane, during normal business hours.
