Presentation: A Summary of TAP Recommendations on Crocker Park

The panelists are volunteers from the Urban Land Institute San Francisco membership specifically chosen for this assignment based on their expertise. The panel includes a private and nonprofit developer, a planner, an architect, a financial analyst, a transportation expert and a public official. All panelists have signed a conflict of interest agreement with an understanding that they are being asked to provide objective advice based on their expertise and experience and agree not to directly market their services to the City of Brisbane during the completion of the panel assignment.
