DTSC Survey

The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is one of the regulating agencies overseeing the environmental investigation and cleanup activities at the Brisbane Baylands (their portion being the northwesterly area, referred to as UPC OU-SM in the draft Feasibility Study/Remedial Action Plan that DTSC is currently reviewing).  As a part of this review process, DTSC recently sent out a 2-page Community Survey to all of Brisbane and parts of Daly City and San Francisco located closest to the site.  The survey was also provided in Spanish and Chinese (see below).  DTSC is asking community members to complete both sides of the survey and return it in the self-addressed, stamped envelope by Friday, January 17th.  You are also welcome to return the survey electronically to asha.setty@dtsc.ca.gov.  If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Asha Setty, Public Participation Specialist, at asha.setty@dtsc.ca.gov or (510) 540-3910.
