A. Approve City Council Minutes of May 21, 2014

B. Adopt Resolution No. 2015-23 authorizing acceptance of grant funds from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife Office of Spill Prevention and Response for oil spill response equipment at the Brisbane Marina

VIII. NEW BUSINESS

A. Consider directed staff to use Renne, Sloan, Holtzman, Sakai for the provision of labor negotiations as provided for in the June 17, 2013 agreement for City Attorney Services

(The City Council will consider transferring its labor relations firm from IEDA to the firm who currently provides City Attorney Services.)

B. Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with L.B. Hayhurst to perform an employee compensation study
(As part of the last agreement signed between a number of employee bargaining groups and the City of Brisbane the City agreed to perform a comprehensive employee compensation survey within 90 days of July 1, 2015.)
