H. Adopt Resolution No. 2015-01 declaring one police vehicle surplus and providing for the disposition through an auction process

VII. OLD BUSINESS

A. Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 593, waiving second reading, repealing Section 2.20.020 – “Members not to hold other offices” of the Brisbane Municipal Code

(This item was introduced at the City Council meeting of December 18, 2014 and if adopted would remove the current prohibition of Parks and Recreation Commissioners from holding other offices.)

VIII. NEW BUSINESS

A. Consider authorizing the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Erler & Kalinowski, Inc. in the amount of $190,500 to perform work on Water and Sewer Master Plan Updates

(The purpose of this item is to approve a contract to update the 12-year old Water and Sewer Master Plans.)

B. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2015-02 adopting the First Revised and Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (JPA) for the San Mateo Operational Area Emergency Services Organization

(The purpose of this item is to obtain Council approval of the First Revised JPA which provides planning for assistance to be available and planning to minimize impacts of emergency events.)

C. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2015-03 approving a loan to the Successor Agency in order to provide funding to cover the Successor Agency’s 14-15B required obligation payment schedule obligations and providing the Successor Agency will place on its 15-16A required obligation payment schedule this loan for repayment

(The purpose of this item is to ensure that the Successor Agency has enough money to pay debt service while protecting the City’s financial position.)

D. Consider directing staff to review City Regulations of Short Term Home and/or Room Rentals in Residential Zones

(The purpose of this item is for Council to determine if it wishes staff to initiate a review of city regulations regarding short term rentals in residential zones, including, but not limited to, Bed and Breakfast establishments, AirBNB and vacation home rentals.)
