A. Approve City Council Minutes of September 18, 2014

B. Request of County/City of San Francisco for Brisbane staff to participate in a Technical Advisory Committee for the Bayshore Caltrain Station Location Study

C. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract and sign the Agreement with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for the Brisbane Community Pool Renovation

VII. PUBLIC HEARING

A. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2014-46 setting the rate for a capital charge for water and sewer services

(The Council will consider adoption of the above resolution to increase the water & sewer rate to pay for short and long-term capital improvements to the system.)

VIII. OLD BUSINESS

A. Consider adopting Resolution no. 2014-40 directing staff to forward the Draft 2015-2022 Housing Element to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) to review (Possible continuance from November 17, 2014)

(This item was discussed at the City Council meeting on October 2nd and again at a special meeting on November 17th. It is on this agenda in case more time is needed for discussion before adoption of the Resolution.)

IX. NEW BUSINESS

A. Consider letter from Bay Area Olympic and Paralympic Organization Committee and provide direction to staff

(The Council will consider a letter to the above organization expressing its interest in being considered as part of the awarding process. The letter will be available at the meeting.)
