 2.  Resolution 2014-22:  A Resolution of the City Council of the City Of Brisbane Amending Resolution 2001-11 to Amend the Classification of Senior Planner in the Class Specification Manual

 3.  Resolution 2014-23:  A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Brisbane Amending Resolution 2001-83 to Amend the Classification of Community Development Technician in the Class Specification Manual

VIII.  PUBLIC HEARING

A.  Open Public Hearing and hear any objections by the noticed property owners of properties on which a nuisance has been declared to exist within the Brisbane Weed Abatement Program, Close the Public Hearing and sustain or overrule any objections which have been raised, and give direction to the enforcement officer to clear the properties that have not complied with the notice

(In April of 2009, the City Council adopted an ordinance establishing a procedure for the abatement of weeds and flammable wastes that create fire hazards where the property owner fails to do so, and that enables the City to recover its abatement work has been performed.  This is an opportunity for the property owners to protest this assessment.)

(The purpose of this item is to annually review and revise the fees as necessary.  This revision is based on a 2.1 percent across the board increase for all fees. Truck haul fees are proposed to increase from $0.26 per cubic yard to $0.45 per cubic yard.  Additionally, a 1% late fee has been added for all outstanding Truck Haul Fees. Fee increases go into effect 60 days after approval.)

IX.  BUDGET ADOPTION

A.  Consider adoption of the 2014-2015 Budget:

1.   Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2014-17 adopting the annual budget for the fiscal year 2014-2015 and making appropriations for the amounts budgeted

2.   Consider adoption of Resolution No. GVMID 2014-01 adopting the annual budget for the fiscal year 2014-2015 and making appropriations for the amounts budgeted

B.  Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2014-18 establishing the Appropriation Limit for Fiscal Year 2014/2015

X.  OLD BUSINESS

A.  Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 585 adopting regulations pertaining to Massage Businesses in Brisbane
