(The Council will consider an ordinance that mandates persons offering massage in the City be state-certified, implement a revocable certificate of registration system for persons offering massage and massage businesses, and require that massage establishments abide by minimum operating and sanitation standards)
 
(The Council will discuss how to provide a safe and secure water and wastewater system to the community which is financially viable)
 
(This contract is an update of the contract originally approved in 2005.  It returns the 2% reduction in pay and provides a 2% COLA increase in salary effective the first pay period of July, 2014)
