A. Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 583 amending Chapter 15.04, adoption of construction codes, Chapter 15.08, organization and enforcement, and Chapter 15.44, Fire Prevention Code, and repealing Chapter 15.41, abatement of dangerous buildings code in Title 15, Buildings and Construction, of the Municipal Code

(The purpose of this item is to adopt the most recent version of the California Building Standards Codes with local modifications, the California Fire Code, and the 2012 International Property Maintenance Code.)

XI. NEW BUSINESS

A. Consider approving the process for design development and potential construction of skate board park rehabilitation

(The City Council will consider a process for the skate park rehabilitation and provide direction to staff.)

B. Approval of Resolution 2013-41 and 2013-42 in Order to Amend Benefits and Pay Scales for Hourly Staff of the City of Brisbane

(These actions would increase the hourly pay by 1% and make health benefits available to comply with the Affordable Care Act.)
