E. Approval of Resolutions in order to Update Existing Job Classifications, Add New Job Classifications to Class Specification Manual, and Amend Related Memorandum of Understandings and Pay Scales

VII. OLD BUSINESS

A. Approve overall interim roof repair and mold remediation project at Station 81 and supplemental appropriation request for $76,000 for the repair

VIII. NEW BUSINESS

A. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2013-28 calling a Special Municipal Election to be consolidated with the General Election on November 5, 2013, for submission to the voters of a proposed Ordinance to increase a Business License Tax for Liquid Storage Facilities

This item is a ballot measure to be presented to Brisbane voters this November that would increase the business license tax for liquid storage facilities based on volume of available space.

B. Consider awarding contract to FM3 Group to conduct community surveys regarding
potential Baylands development options.

City Council is interested in surveying the opinions and preferences of the Brisbane public regarding various issues on the Brisbane Baylands and options for its future development.

C. Approve contract with SoftResources to assist with financial software needs
assessment
.

City is in need of replacing its existing financial software system. This contract would start that process for evaluation of our needs.
