VI. OLD BUSINESS
(The purpose of the Development Agreement is to implement the agreement between the applicant and the City, as set forth in City Council Resolution No. 2011-40, for the project to be constructed in compliance with the LEED Gold standard, with land development approvals having a term of 10 years.)
(The concept of having a Farmers Market at the Community Park was approved by the City Council at the last City Council meeting. At this meeting the Council will consider the license agreement to move forward with this proposal.)
VII. NEW BUSINESS
(The federal Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000 requires that cities have a Local Hazard Mitigation Plan to be eligible to receive FEMA hazard mitigation funds. The City of Brisbane participates with other agencies in planning for and coordinating cooperative interagency response plans to natural disasters.)
(This item updates the storm water chapter of the municipal code to reflect the current state regulations under which we are required to operate.)
