VII.    NEW BUSINESS

 

            A.       Consider introduction of Ordinance No. 570 increasing the authorized number of Parks and Recreation Commission members

 

                       (The City Council will consider changing the number of Parks & Recreation seats to five or seven depending on the number and quality of applicants.)

     

            B.       Consider Parks and Recreation Commission’s recommendation for new fencing in the Brisbane Dog Park

 

                       (The Parks and Recreation Commission is requesting that the City Council consider a supplemental appropriation of $3,300 to allow for the addition of fencing in the dog park to create an area for smaller dogs to be separated from larger dogs.)

 

            C.      Give direction to staff on the Baylands Environmental Impact Report processing

 

                      (The Baylands Draft EIR is projected to be ready in late Spring, 2012. In developing a method and schedule for the public review process, there are a number of procedural/policy questions that the City Council will consider.)

 

                                    ACTION OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY FOR THE

                                    REDEVELOMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF BRISBANE

            D.      Consider adoption of Resolution No. SA 2012-01 of the City Council of the City of Brisbane, acting as the Governing Board of the Successor Agency for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Brisbane, adopting an amended enforceable obligation payment schedule, approving the recognized obligation payment schedule and directing the City Manager to take all actions necessary to effectuate associate requirements of ABX1 26

 

                      (In accordance with ABX1 26, the Dissolution Act,  the Successor Agency for the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Brisbane must take certain actions to implement various requirements required by that Act.)
