                     (With the recent court decision that resulted in the dissolution of Redevelopment Agencies, this item will allow the City to begin receiving Statutory Pass Through Payments which the City declined to receive in 2002 when the Redevelopment Agency’s life was extended.)
     
                     REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ITEM
 
                  (The purpose of this item is to abide by AB 1X 26 and publicly approve the Redevelopment Agency’s additional Enforceable Obligations through the end of June 2012.)
 
VI.    WORKSHOP
 
            A. Long Term Financial Planning
 
                     (The current City Council will review the work done by the City Council on September 26, 2011 related to the development of categories in which to place community-wide services provided by the City. They will also continue the process of ensuring the 2012/13 budget meets the community values and desires while providing for the long-term financial stability of the City.)
 
 
                     (Information will be presented to the City Council on revenue-generating recommendations supported by the Labor Negotiations Subcommittee.)
